Business Unusual

How the first minutes and hours are managed by an organization will determine whether they will be defined by what occurred. While leadership is adept at managing normal business operations, most are not equipped to manage ‘business unusual’ situations that lead to adverse outcomes.
Business Advisory Services
Crisis Advisory Services will ensure immediate assistance is available to insureds for any type of crisis that can lead to leadership’s loss of control combined with the potential for significant stakeholder impacts and reactions. The crisis event need not be catastrophic in nature, trigger any other insurance coverage or lead to demands for compensation or litigation.
These resources are provided by CrisisRisk and are available to insureds during four time-frames related to a ‘business unusual’ or critical event: Before, Imminent, During & Af ter.
- CrisisRisk will offer up to 20 hours of crisis coaching per crisis event to insureds in the Imminent, During & After stages of a crisis to empower them to restore control.
- It is CrisisRisk experience that in 99% of reported crisis events, control is restored in less than 20 hours. If needed, insureds have the option to retain CrisisRisk for additional hours at their cost.
- CrisisRisk recommends including a per person/per event policy aggregate coverage limit for counselling services as most critical events cause trauma to stakeholders.
